At MetroFresh, our menu is completely reimagined each morning, allowing our guests to return the next day and taste something new and delicious. When ordering, we ask that you provide us with any dietary restrictions or preferences (dairy or gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan, no pork, etc.) and let us work our magic. Your order will be made up of items served in the restaurant on the day of your event. Bolded below are out catering menu items, along with some descriptions and examples of what we have served in the past. Leafy Green Salads with organic greens (arugula, spinach, field greens, and many others) and ingredients that have included fresh or dried fruit, raw or cooked vegetables, and gourmet cheeses (can be optional, of course) served with our delicious House Basil Vinaigrette. Sliced Chicken Breasts - marinated or rubbed with various herbs and spices, served chilled Specialty Sides of the Day- such as brussels sprouts, quinoa, beets, marinated kale, or couscous, among many others (vegan, vegetarian and/or gluten-free upon request) Halved Sandwiches - are ordered as meat or vegetarian options fresh fruit salad – chopped seasonal fruit (price may fluctuate with market conditions) All White-Meat Chicken Salad – some in our rotation have included basil chicken with dried fruit and walnuts, thai peanut chicken with cabbage and peanut ginger dressing, and Tuscan chicken with roasted vegetables and basil pesto. check out our past menus to see more examples (it’s almost always mayonnaise-free) Albacore Tuna Salad – some in our rotation have included lemon garden tuna with basil, asian sesame tuna, and greek tuna with yogurt tzatziki. check our past menus to see more examples (again, it’s almost always mayonnaise-free) Pasta Salad - with ingredients such as raw or cooked vegetables, gourmet cheese, and house made vinaigrettes or sauces
Every day at MetroFresh, we serve Mitchili, Mitchell’s Turkey Chili, some sort of awesome chicken soup, at least one vegan or vegetarian soup, and at least one other non-vegetarian soup. Listed below are some examples of what we’ve served in the past. Your order is made up of the soup served in the restaurant on the day of your event. With more than 72 hours’ notice, we can probably accommodate requests for your favorite soup. chicken soup such as chicken noodle, chicken matzo ball, lemon chicken and artichoke, or chicken tortilla vegetarian or vegan soup such as garden veggie, potato leek, broccoli cheddar, or coconut curry pumpkin turkey chili, or mitchili as we call it, is the only thing on the menu every day other non-vegetarian soup of the day such as moroccan lamb and rice, pork posole verde, beef and red potato stew, or white bean and smoked duck sausage
cookies served include chocolate chip, peanut butter, coconut pecan, and white chocolate macadamia nut brownies and fruit-walnut cookie bars can be halved upon request to make a more bite-sized dessert tray
half sandwich boxed lunch $12.00 includes half sandwich, salad or specialty side, 8 oz. soup, small salad or specialty side $40.00 serves 8 – 10 people large salad or specialty side $65.00 serves 17 – 22 people chicken or tuna salad $4.50 priced per 8 oz. serving small half sandwich platter $30.00 8 half sandwiches large half sandwich platter $55.00 16 half sandwiches soups $10.50 priced per 32 oz. quart (2 – 4 servings) 10 or more quarts can be served in a kettle (free of charge)
