The MetroFresh menu changes daily. We offer a large variety of creative soups, salads, sides, and sandwiches. You may choose an old favorite… or create something new. There are two ways to enjoy a MetroFresh lunch – either as an individual bag lunch (best for parties where choice of soup or sandwich is not an issue) or as a catered lunch buffet. MetroFresh caters cocktail and dinner parties as well. Menus are created according to each customers needs and are selected based on price. Call or email for a quote.

Sweets – Choose from an array of Sweet Stuff (see below) prices vary - $.75 - $2.50
Drinks – Canned Coca Cola Products - $.1.25. Bottled Water $1.50. Bottled Teas $2.00


MetroFresh loves soup. Our list of house specialties now stands at over a hundred and continues to grow as we create new and imaginative options to please your palate.
Our soup menu changes daily so we cannot guarantee a specific soup, but we are confident with great daily selection you will find something you like. Chicken Noodle, Clam Chowder, Garden Veggie, or Tomato Basil… or enliven your taste buds with an exotic selection like Chicken Tortilla, Thai Wild Mushroom w/ Coconut and Tofu, Moroccan Lentil, or Cajun Crab and Shrimp Gumbo.
Selections change daily, but always include some kind of chicken soup, Mitchili (Mitchell’s Turkey Chili served with cheese and Sour Cream) and at least two vegetarian options. When placing your order, you can let us choose your soup, or you can call on the day of your delivery for the daily menu and choose your own.
